Who is a Wingmom Contractor?

In keeping with the Wingmom brand, a Wingmom Independent Contractor is someone who is caring, compassionate, family oriented, and service driven, who also has the ability to multitask, follow direction well and keep a high standard of customer service at the forefront of all they do. The ability to use technology and navigate new platforms is a plus, as much of the Wingmom communication and scheduling is done online.

-Within 30 days of accepting your first assignment you must obtain CPR and First Aid certification and complete a Bloodborne Pathogen’s training or have valid certificates

-Must be able to lift 25lbs and often perform tasks that may involve strenuous activity.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

• Review resumes and cover letters to assess applicants' skills or aptitude.
• Screen applicants via phone call, zoom or in person interview and discuss the skills needed for each service or client.
• Contact the candidate's references and verify their professional history.
• Complete Federal and State background checks.
• Complete a Probationary Period to learn the "Wingmom Way."
• When applicable, acquire additional licenses, certifications and trainings to provide the best service possible.
