• Paid training and orientation to set you up for success from day one
• Overtime pay at 1.5x for 40+ hours/week, more than 12 hours/day and federal holidays

• The opportunity to choose one-to-one nanny placements (10-30+ hours/week), regular babysitting assignments, occasional evenings, weekend hours, care for special events and more.
• Our management team will will match you with a family/families based on your preferences, skills, experience, location, and more

• Care for children of all ages, typically infants through elementary aged kiddos
• Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 6-10+ hour shifts daily
• Pay is $18-$20+/hour based on relevant childcare experience, commitment length and availability.
• Commitment: 3+ month minimum, but most of our team members are with us long-term (it's a job that will actually grow and change with you!)

• Individuals who have experience as a babysitter/nanny, in summer camps, day camps, church nurseries, daycares, schools or childcare centers are encouraged to apply.

• Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
• 4-5 days/week (Monday -Friday) of availability to work (30+ hours/week)
• 1-2+ years of childcare experience verifiable with refs
• CPR certification or willingness to renew
• 18+ years old and a H.S. graduate
