Do you have a passion for puppies and interested in delivering happiness to families?
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer contacts which involves answering questions, educating families, and placing puppies through online chat, phone, email, and SMS
- Convert warm leads to revenue through building value proposition and urgency in the sale
- Expertly track and exceed KPIs, including monthly placements and additional ancillary products
- Make outbound, lead, and follow-up calls to potential customers by telephone to qualify leads and place puppies with additional services.
- Answers inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
- Helps families choose the best puppy by serving as an expert to match lifestyles with breeds (size, temperament, hypoallergenic, energy, trainability)
- Assist customers in understanding the PuppySpot difference value ads, such as 10-year health commitment, no puppy mill promise, industry-leading standards, and safest puppy travel packages
- Recommend additional products for the new puppy, such as PupPack, AKC Reunite registration, virtual vet visits, and insurance
- Solve all problems with a customer-first mentality and out of the box thinking when required
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years as a high performing salesperson
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of leads per day
- Fast-functioning computer user to manage CRM and virtual phone system
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a startup environment where things change quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone or chat Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Pay
- Base Salary: $33,280
- On-Target Total Compensation: $63,313
