Qualifications

• Genuine interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective families and students
• Above average EQ
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills (minimum 2 years consultative B2C selling experience)
• Strong communication and rapport building skills
• Self-motivation, drive and initiative
• An outgoing and confident approach
• Team-centric principles
• Ability to "read people" see the big picture and adapt on the fly.
• Must be well spoken and possess soft people skills.
• 2-5 Years Management Experience or Equivalent
• Must be socially engaging with people of all ages
• Experience using a contact tracking system, Salesforce.com preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
