CyraCom is looking for a B2B Sales Consultant to join our skilled sales team and help us reach our revenue goals by prospecting, developing, and actively closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and becoming part of our diverse and inclusive culture.

CyraCom has been in business for 25 years and is one of the top language services providers in the US. We provide interpretation and translation solutions across numerous industries, including hospitals, banks, insurers, entertainment companies, and government agencies.
What you’ll do:
- Sell CyraCom’s interpretation and translation services to a variety of clients and industries
- Learn about CyraCom’s services and brainstorm solutions for our prospects’ unique challenges
- Lead Zoom presentations or in-person meetings to sell our services
- Work with sales management to identify, qualify, develop, secure, and manage prospects and lead targets
- Coordinate with marketing to produce email campaigns, social campaigns, and other outreach
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Who you are:
- Have two-to-four years of consultative selling experience ; BS or BA, preferably with a business major; or equivalent industry experience. Willingness to travel to prospect/client meetings, marketing events, and conferences/trade shows
- Successful record of selling to large accounts
- A team player who is driven to work hard and deliver tangible results
Nice-to-have experience:
- Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
- Experience leading presentations for small to mid-size groups
- Success executing lead generation through phone, email, and social media outreach
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
Compensation and benefits:
- Competitive base annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 DOE, plus performance-based commission opportunities

Physical demands for the position require sitting or standing for extended periods, extensive use of a computer and repetitive hand movements in the performance of duties, and occasional lifting and carrying of material weighing up to 50lbs.
