The Account Executive role is a dynamic opportunity for sales professionals with a background or interest in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industry.
The primary focus is on outbound prospecting to identify and close sales opportunities within multi-location restaurants, franchises, and retail stores.
This position caters to sales hunters who thrive on net new business acquisition rather than account management or inbound sales.
Acquiring net new business is key to this role. B2B sales experience in the specified industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
This position is ideal for a mid-career sales representative with a minimum of 4 years of successful outbound B2B sales hunting experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, nurture and close qualified prospects through a combination of outbound phone, email and face to face sales calls.
- Generate net new sales opportunities into the pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver compelling demonstration of the value of the SymplyFi solution in both face-to-face and zoom meetings.
- Prepare, submit and mange sales orders in our CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver outstanding results from sales campaigns.
- Sell to multi-location Retail, Restaurants and QSR customers
Requirements
Must-have Qualifications:
- 4 years as an outside sales “hunter” creating net new business opportunities
- 4 years of cold outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- High degree of sales discipline, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with cloud-based CRM, Microsoft Office, and general Internet applications.
- Organized and analytical with a business acumen for building relationships using a consultative selling approach.
- Bachelor's degree OR 6+ years of experience working in a professional business environment.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, organization, time management and new customer acquisition skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous success in selling to restaurants, hospitality, or retail stores.
- Experience selling retail technology solutions (POS, Merchant services, marketing/rewards, etc.).
- Experience selling Internet, telecommunications, or managed IT services.
