Lunchdrop is a technology company automating lunch for medium and large corporate offices. As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for the full sales cycle - building and managing a sales pipeline, market research, prospecting, developing and creating new relationships, and closing sales.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a high level of daily activity in person, by phone, and email.
- Build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline and process; prospect to close; meet or exceed quotas.
- Proactively prospect for new business - leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting.
- Gain full understanding of our value proposition and effectively communicate that to potential and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in outbound sales; knowledgeable in selling to medium-large size businesses.
- Catering sales/experience is a plus.
- Have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding your quotas.
- Driven and a self-starter who acclimates quickly to new environments.
- Passionate about sales and relationship-focused customer engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrates the ability to listen with a purpose to gather important information during a sales call and/or meeting.
- CRM experience
- An overachiever and proactive. Welcomes customer objections.
- Able to apply creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful!
Job Types: Full-time, Base + Commission
Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,589.00+ per year
