B2B Customer Service /Sales Representative

ASI Group is seeking a _ B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE /SALES REPRESENTATIVE_ to work in our corporate headquarters in Yonkers.

We are seeking a friendly, positive, upbeat individual who will proactively:

• Service existing accounts, process orders, and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Provide outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE support to better service customers and improve business performance
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
• Maintain broad knowledge of products and services
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Assist in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed, you will need:

• Prior B2B Customer Service Experience in the Architectural/Construction Industry is a plus
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn and understand computer programs
• Knowledge of the use and functions of general office equipment such as copiers, phones, and printers
• Excellent phone demeanor
• Command of the English language, including reading, writing, and spelling
• Previous supervisory experience a plus. This position will be trained to assume a supervisory role in the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
