B2B Appointment Setters at American Management Services work alongside our team of Field Service Managers to set appointments with qualified business owners. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.

What you will do as a B2B Appointment Setters:
- 150-200 cold calls a day
- Tactically and professionally get past the gatekeepers
- Identify pain points (areas of opportunity) while speaking with the business owners
- Use those pain points to schedule an appointment with the business owner and one of our regional directors
- Training and ongoing development
What you must have as a B2B Appointment Setter:
- 2+ years of outbound (commissioned) call center experience (Timeshare and Collections agents do extremely well in this role)
- Ability to demonstrate past success in a sales role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, outgoing and exceptionally organized mindset
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5pm; Friday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm
- No nights
- Occasional weekend (paid training)
