Job Summary
Responsible for planning, developing, and directing the implementation of techniques to ensure the maintenance of performance and quality levels in the Business' products and processes. Reviews operation process designs and establishes procedures and techniques for operational standards. Confers with customers to define and resolve
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Oversee multi-state multi-product resolution team comprised of 50-150 employees
- Implement strategic process improvements aimed at reducing administrative costs while meeting contractual requirements
- Collaborate with leadership, peers, and business partners to establish inquiry, disputes & appeal improvement objectives and execute business priorities based on strategic goals in the operational plan.
- Design and implement systematic approach to improve member and provider experiences through increased operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture that emphasizes people and performance management, coaching and development, develop efficient staffing structure, and implement workflow patterns and performance standards.
- Responsible for reporting potential liabilities for financial tracking and accruals to senior leadership.
- Responsible for assisting with new business implementations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements for all products and markets
- Primary contact for senior leadership team at health plan..

Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $122,430.44 - $238,739.35 / ANNUAL
