Applies knowledge in a technical field with proficiency in relevant engineering principles and practices. Implements solutions to difficult problems, generates concepts as evidenced by product or process improvement, uses engineering/scientific tools to integrate requirements and solve technical problems. Utilizes tools, techniques, processes and/or facilities such as state-of-the-art simulation environments, laboratories, data analysis and test facilities. Participates in engineering team activities in a specialized engineering or technology subject area. Contributes to the technical planning process and provides technical guidance.
* Conduct research on organizational behavior, employee engagement, and workplace culture in Federal Government environments
* Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development initiatives
* Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making in a system of systems organization
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Masters in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and 5 years of experience in performing the above duties or aviation-related experience or a bachelors and 7 years’ experience.
* Proven experience in research and organizational psychology in a Federal environment is required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and direct with a federal customer.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Target salary range: More than $225,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
