As a Line Service Technician, you will provide ground support to arriving and departing aircraft and professional, courteous service for crew members and their passengers.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of aircraft and customer support services.
- Marshal aircraft arriving or departing in our ramp area, greet passengers and crew, Tow aircraft when necessary and provide requested ground services.
- Fuel aircraft as requested.
- Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
- Provide aircraft ground power as requested.
- Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
- Assist with general cleaning of hangars, clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer areas as needed.
- Conduct daily/weekly quality control inspections and procedures of refueler vehicles and ground service equipment.
- Provide oil service for aircraft as requested.
- Assist with wing-walking duties as required.
- Monitor tank quantity and refill aircraft fuel trucks at the fuel farm as needed.
- Receiving of fuel farm inventory
- Routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
- Required periodic quality control inspections.
- Conduct all associated record keeping in a neat and accurate manner.
- Interact with others in a professional and respectful manner.
- Follow up with other company departments and employees.
- Recommend process and communication improvements.
- Work with accuracy, clarity, and an eye for detail
- Perform other duties as assigned.```Duties```
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Line Service department
- Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and operators
- Perform aircraft refueling, fuel quality control, and fuel inventory management
- Assist with aircraft parking, towing, and movement on the ramp
- Conduct aircraft lavatory and water servicing
- Perform basic aircraft cleaning and detailing
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

- Service technician experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of Line Service Technicians
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and procedures
- Military experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
