What We’re Looking ForWC+A is looking for a full-time A/V Producer to join our team. This will be a hybrid role based out of Culver City. The ideal candidate has an entertainment background developing video content, especially short and long-form promotions, trailers, cutdowns, brand spots, social media and on-air/off-air marketing content. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be extremely detailed, solution-driven, highly collaborative, and have effective communication.
This role will report to our Sr Director, Client Services.
How You’ll Contribute- Oversee all phases of video projects, including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery
- Lead cross-functional department work - editorial work, scripts, design, voice over, motion graphics, and sound
- Plan and schedule on-air, on-platform and social promotional campaigns
- Source and direct external partners and vendors to secure necessary resources and deliverables, including auditions and recordings of voiceover talent(s)
- Manage complex creative projects through leadership while scheduling, organizing, prioritizing, and executing brand goals and execution plans
- Ability to create budgets based on briefs and SOW agreements and tracking actuals
- Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats
- Manage incoming video assets, supervising download and ingestion into workflow processes
- Work closely with creatives, editors, animators, and client
- Maintain digital assets, archives, and edit systems
- Implement or establish a QC system for internal processes
- Maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong client service skills
- Assist in determining equipment and staff needed, project timelines and deadlines, and adhering to budget restrictions
- Grow trust and build a positive relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of experience as an A/V Producer (agency background preferred)
- Experience sourcing partners and vendors to secure talent and assets
- Fluent with project management systems (Scoro, Airtable, Monday, and Slack knowledge are preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.
- Familiar with sourcing material and licensing best practices. (Commercial music, stock footage, stock tracks etc)
- Extremely comfortable with all Google Workspace programs (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.)
- Ability to be mentored and growth mindset
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, has good follow-through, can multitask, and works well under tight deadlines
- Ability to approach a problem from multiple viewpoints
- Ability to work through problems with a team that values collaboration and feedback
- Ability to think beyond the task at hand and identify blockers and improvements

Compensation Expectations:
The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $110,793 - $149,897 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s certifications, location, prior experience, and qualifications.
