As usual, we pay the best out of any independent shop or dealership. If you are getting paid in the “$20’s” at all as a flat rate “B Level” tech, I’d ask you to join us in 2023. If you are not making at least an upper $30’s per hour and consider yourself an “A tech”; you too are welcome to jump 2 decades ahead.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, recommending, maintaining, and handling overall general repairs. This individual communicates with the foreman and/or Service Advisors.

$65,000 - $100,000+ yearly DOE

• Encourage and facilitate preventive maintenance work such as oil changes, air conditioning service, flushing, brake replacement, tire rotation, and more
• Creating estimates for auto repair work and their respective timelines for sharing with customers
• Perform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair work
• Maintain accurate customer records for vehicles’ repairs, parts, maintenance histories, and more
• Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
• Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities
• Team up with managers and other mechanics to diagnose and service cars coming in for auto repairs

• Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities
• Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries
• Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
• Conduct test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests to determine automotive malfunctions
• Work with team members to determine vehicle problems and solutions

• Good manual dexterity and effective use of hand tools and other equipment needed for vehicle repairs
• A valid driver’s license is necessary
• High school diploma or GED equivalent necessary
• Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary
