Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $25 Flat Rate and up, Higher rate available DOE

Responsibilities
Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer. Warranty parts must be returned to the parts department and signed off on RO.
Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
Road tests vehicles including inventory and client vehicles.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
Subaru experience strongly preferred but not required, as long as there is significant experience with a variety of Makes and Models.
Own some basic tools.
No certifications required.
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
This position does nothave supervisory responsibilities.
