A reputable automotive group in the Charlotte Metro region is actively seeking a top-performing Service Manager with a proven track record in CSI metrics. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and staff retention while efficiently and profitably overseeing the operation of the Service Department.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Manage an efficient and profitable High-Volume Automotive Dealership Service Department
- Hire and manage automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnel
- Oversee employee training and development
- Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyalty
and CSI - Set and obtain sales objectives and control costs
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environment
Qualifications - Service Manager:
- Automotive Service Manager experience with record of success in leading and managing a team to meet and/or exceed goals
- Hyundai, Kia, and/or Genesis experience preferred
- Financial and business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profits
- Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
