Automotive Service Bdc Part-Time

As a Part-Time Automotive Service BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding Automotive Service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Making outbound calls to schedule service appointments, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in our database system.
• Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth communication and coordination of service appointments.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the BDC department.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Stable work history required with historical job stability.
• Excellent verbal communication skills must speak clearly and professionally.
• Must have a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policy and schedule requirements which included evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Outgoing and friendly personality not easily intimidated, ability to handle customer rejection.
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
