JENKINS SUBARU-HYUNDAI in Bridgeport, WV is still growing our service department! We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced individual for an Express Service Advisor position with opportunity for commission incentives who wants to take their career to the next level! Applicants should have experience working in a customer service-oriented environment and excellent verbal and phone communication skills. We want each of our customers to have a five-star experience at Jenkins, so we need a candidate with attention to detail, proficiency with computers, have organizational skills and handle multiple job tasks with accuracy. Candidates with previous auto dealership experience are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Superior customer service
• Accommodate customer needs with scheduling
• Work with the service team daily under the direction of the Service Manager and General Manager
• Keep organized customer service records and documentation
• Be knowledgeable about manufacturer service procedures and requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Thrive in an energetic environment
• Team-players are highly valued!
• Open to working flexible shifts including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
