What you'll do:
- Check customer's vehicles in for service
- Discuss vehicle needs with customer
- Analyze remaining warranty, vehicle needs & vehicle history to recommend vehicle maintenance
- Offer additional needed services to guests and explains benefits
- Close out open tickets in a timely manner
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Communicate with customers while vehicle is being repaired
- Manage all open repair orders while in progress
