Jimmy Smith Buick GMC is currently looking to add a new member to our sales team! We are looking for outgoing self motivated individuals with a desire to achieve goals and meet expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and work with customers to solve their vehicle needs/wants.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
- Describe all optional and various packages per model.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding leads, fresh customers and processes.
- Ability to prospect new sales opportunities
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Respond to internet leads in a timely manner and by following protocol/process
- Engage with customers via phone and/or email to set up appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Self motivated
- Customer Service skills is a must
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Willing to submit to a pre hire drug screen
- Must have clean and valid driver's license
- Computer skills are a must
- Ability to work well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
