The Service Appointment Coordinator responsibilities include the following:
- Prioritizing our guests needs, partnering with Service Advisors, scheduling appointments per service availability
- Sustain high frequency of contact with guests, answering questions and advise on recommended maintenance
- Answering phones, handling money and reconciling daily work
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
- Maintaining good communication with the Service Department to schedule vehicle service appointments
- Handling an average of 50+ phone calls per day
- Follow all location’s processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Front Desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but nor required
- Ability to work scheduled hours
- Teamwork mentality
- Ability to work with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
