Lamborghini Palm Beach is seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and exit. The role will also involve providing assistant support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and direct to appropriate department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both reception and common areas of the dealership
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
- Collecting payment for sales and service as needed
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, documents, shipments and packages appropriately
- Assisting with Boutique merchandise
- Assist Marketing Manager with events when needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Prior Automotive Reception experience (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a professional demeanor
- High importance of maintaining a professional appearance
- Exceptional collaborative skills within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) (required)
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Experience using ADP/ CDK (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
