Automotive Receptionist

Helms Bros. is currently looking for a talented, self-motivated Sales Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team, then we encourage you to read on.

Schedule is Mon-Thursday 4-8 & Saturday 9-6

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Sales & administrative Department while providing basic information when needed
• Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
• Computer Excel and light administrative work
• Ensure prospects are engaged with promptly

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility

• Able to clear a pre-employment background check

• Maintains a professional appearance
