Coastal Chevrolet is under new management and is looking for an outgoing, customer oriented Receptionist to join our growing team!
Th Dealership Receptionist is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks. Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all Customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome our clients to our dealership in a warm hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their experience.
- Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow- up that is convenient for the customer.
- Be a brand ambassador for our business.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Receptionist or similar role preferred.
- Automotive Experience is a plus!
- Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Available to work days & weekends availability.
- Must have a clean valid driver's license.
- Must pass personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
