Greeter/Receptionist

Our company is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of directing/handling busy phones while maintaing a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor both on the phones and at the reception area. Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in mulit-tasking. Bilingual is not required but definitely a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Gather and distribute mail.
• Answer questions of general nature concerning job duties and company policies.
• Determine appropriate referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
