Requirements & Preferences:
- Experience with Proven Track Record and Solid References REQUIRED
- Car Sales Experience Required
- Experience as F&I Mgr Required
- Mortgage Sales, Banking & Financial product sales experience welcomed
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
General Manager Job Description:
As a GM, you will provide training to the sales department, ensure inventory is managed and priced appropriately to the market, and ensure effective and profitable sales of vehicle inventory. You will also be responsible for maintaining industry standards of performance and compliance set in forth by the dealership.
REPORTS TO:Dealer Principal
DUTIES as GM:
· Provide incentives for salespeople in accordance with dealership policies.
· Set up and maintain an adequate turnover program, which will insure a 100% turnover ratio to the F&I Department.
· Work with Sales Consultants and F&I managers securing a good profit from every sale.
· Seek all certifications, insurance and sales licenses necessary to be compliant
· Be positively involved in managing the sales process and sales training, holding regular meetings w/ sales staff.
