Empire Automotive Group Automall Green Brook, NJ Toyota & Mazda: Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work with our new and used car sales team. We seek an experienced F&I professional who appreciates a well-run organization with clearly defined processes and who is looking to launch the next phase of their focused and successful career.
The right candidate has a solid track record with excellent references and has not bounced around from job to job. He/she understands Automotive Finance rules and regulations and knows the true meaning of 300% – offering 100% of the products to 100% of our customers 100% of the time. We offer our customers nothing but value-based products.
Your Daily Work Schedule:
- Provides recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Ensures sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Maintains proficiency and certification as required for the position.
- Accurately desk deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
- Ensures every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals.
- Accurately audits team deals post-sale and deeply analyzes for improvements.
- Guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Qualities we’re looking for:

- Eagerness to improve
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
