We have an outstanding opportunity for an experiencedAutomotive Finance and Insurance Manager in our Subaru World of Hackettstown dealership. Previous F&I experience in the automotive industry is required. Responsibilities:
- Process applications for credit and financial approvals
- Determine ideal finance options for customers
- Work with sales team to determine, meet and exceed monthly goals
- Ensure each deal complies with both state and federal laws
- Follow dealership’s finance procedures
- Maintain an outstanding customer satisfaction rating
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Finance Manager
- Previous automotive experience is a must
- Strong interpersonal and customer skills
- Goal-oriented
- Professional and personable manner
