Automotive Finance Assistant

Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Automotive has an immediate opening for an Automotive Finance Assistant. If you’re a well-organized team player with previous automotive and accounting experience, we want you to join our TEAM!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department

· Breakdown deals to audit and verifying that all documents are in compliance and turn into Title Clerk and Accountant for processing

· Process and maintain dealer trades & wholesale transactions

· Remit warranty and ancillary products purchased at the time of sale

· Assist Title Clerk for verifying documents and data to support title processing

· Other office duties as assigned

This is a summary of the responsibilities of the Finance Assistant as this position is an addition to the Accounting Office.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Computer proficient

· General Accounting, bookkeeping knowledge

· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule

· Experience working in a Dealership a PLUS!

· Valid driver’s license

· CDK experience is a PLUS

· Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
