Automotive Dmv Title Clerk

Envision is looking for a motivated DMV Clerk to join our team!

The DMV Clerk is for experienced candidates with CDK experience only. If you DO NOT qualify with prior experience in this role, we encourage you to apply for a general position in the Business Office.

The DMV Clerk – Essential Duties

· Process title and registration documents related to the retail sale of automobiles for 1 dealership.

· Process and post accounting entries

· Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data in multiple areas of the company's dealership management system.

· Perform regular reconciliations of accounting and operating data

· Assist the management and executive team with any other tasks relevant to the business office

DMV Clerk - Qualifications

· Proficiency in processing the legal documents necessary to transfer or obtain vehicle titles and establish registration.

· Ability to research unusual or complex titling and registration problems and plan and execute their resolution with relative independence.

· Proficiency in a myriad of business software including Microsoft Suite, communications platforms, and cloud-based file sharing.

DMV Clerk - Preferred Skills

· Prior experience working for a Retail Automotive Dealership

· Any relevant degree, certification, or professional training

· Proficiency in the Reynolds & Reynolds, MS365, OR automotive dealership and general business software platforms

· Proficiency in inter-personal conflict resolution and ability to develop and maintain a team-based culture
