Automotive Delivery Coordinator/Title Clerk

The Delivery Coordinator/Title Clerk is responsible for preparing and facilitating all the responsible paperwork necessary for timely delivery of a guest’s vehicle.

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Above average communication skills
• Communicates with Sales Managers and Sales Specialists throughout the process.
• Computer knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of DMV paperwork a plus
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Out-going personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated with this position
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
