Advanced Service Delivery Coordinator

MetTel is looking to onboard a new Advanced Service Delivery Coordinator. This team is an incremental part of the implementation process.
Level 1 remote tech support also referred to as Tier 1 Tech support in both our NJ and NY offices. No experience needed but will-train qualified candidates to work with our project management and Tier 2 and 3 tech support teams. This position is a perfect entry into telecommunications and Service Delivery/Activations. Fast paced, detail oriented. This is a full-time position!
Day to Day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Initial POC for field tech support
- Data entry
- Data tracking
- Customer support
- First layer of technical support for field tech
- Submitting field dispatch requests
- Daily follow up of open active support requests
- Equipment tracking
- Technical support coordinator
- Dedicated site surveys

- The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $55K - $60K annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
