Automotive Customer Service Representative

Entry Level Automotive Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive key and entry system issues
• Program, cut, sell, and duplicate car keys and remotes for various vehicle makes and models
• Troubleshoot and address key-related problems efficiently
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
• Stay updated with the latest automotive key technology and software
• Maintain an organized inventory of key blanks, equipment, and tools
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service while handling key-related inquiries
• Close sales effectively an in accordance with compliance guidelines
• Learn and assist with day-to-day operations and management of the service department
• Assist in entry-level staff training and development in key programming, cutting, sales, and Customer Service
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure efficient stock management
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications for our next entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative:

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
• Additional automotive technician education is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with people in a Customer Service or sales environment is desired
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for cars
• Basic entry-level mechanical and technical knowledge is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills are a must
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
