Entry Level Automotive Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive key and entry system issues
- Program, cut, sell, and duplicate car keys and remotes for various vehicle makes and models
- Troubleshoot and address key-related problems efficiently
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
- Stay updated with the latest automotive key technology and software
- Maintain an organized inventory of key blanks, equipment, and tools
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service while handling key-related inquiries
- Close sales effectively an in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Learn and assist with day-to-day operations and management of the service department
- Assist in entry-level staff training and development in key programming, cutting, sales, and Customer Service
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure efficient stock management
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications for our next entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
- Additional automotive technician education is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with people in a Customer Service or sales environment is desired
