• Greet and welcome customers
• Answer questions from phone calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Answer emails in a timely manner and respond to internet leads.  
• Support service advisors, learn from supervisors and team members to refine and grow skills.
• Check in and check out customers.

• General automotive operations is helpful.  
• Must have excellent Customer Service and communication skills.  
• A positive attitude and self-starter with the ability to multitask. 
• Computer skills are a must. 
• Check out customers and take payment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
