Job Description:
-Answer calls coming in to the service department and return voicemails
-Evaluate and resolve customer issues
-Communicate service/warranty calls to Rollx field technicians
-Facilitate the administration of parts to Rollx field technicians, service stations and customers
-Evaluate work to be performed on local service calls; communicate repairs to customers and schedule in-house techs
-Troubleshoot with customers, field techs and service stations
-Greet customers and handle any walk-in service inquiries

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
