Automotive Cashier/Phone Operator

We are looking for a cashier/ operator to join our team at Pennyrile Ford. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service. We provide an excellent working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person
- Provide information to callers about the company and its services
- Assist with dispatching duties, coordinating schedules, and managing appointments
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with callers and visitors

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working at a front desk or in a customer service environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
