Automotive Call Center Representative/ Business Development Representative - Hourly + Commission, top reps. averaging $20+ hourly

As the heart of our dealership, you'll play a vital role in reaching out to clients who have expressed interest, forging strong connections, and generating new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities:

· Complete quality inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with prospects.

· Schedule appointments with customers to meet with our Sales Team.

· Provide high level customer service.

· Follow up with customers on their experience with dealership.

Qualifications:

· Must have strong communication skills.

· Must be proactive and have a self-motivated drive.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Must be goal driven.

· Must be flexible and reliable.

· Bilingual is a plus!!

Schedule:

· Monday - Thursday: 10:00AM to 7:00PM, Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

· Rotating Saturdays 9:00AM to 4:30PM (Day off during the week if you work Saturday)

· 1 Hour lunch break

Pay:

· $16 per hour plus commission!
