The Steve Serra Automotive Group is currently looking for a Full Time highly motivated professional to add to our expanding Administrative Team. This position is available immediately for someone with experience in administrative and accounts payable tasks. A broad knowledge of accounting, administrative, finance and use of a multi-line phone is helpful but willing to train the right candidate.
Automotive Administrative team member Job Description
Our ideal candidate must possess and be able to perform the following tasks:
3 to 5 years of experience in administrative duties is preferred. We are looking for a detail oriented team member to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Daily tasks can include posting and processing of automotive deals, answering a multi-line phone, accounts payable and title processing. Previous experience with accounting in both receivables and payables, proficiency with Excel and Word is preferred.

- Accounting Experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Willingness to be extremely versatile with varying job tasks
- Must be able to work independently, be reliable, and be on time.
- Pay great attention to detail with efficient and effective problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15 and up an hour based on experience with opportunity for advancement in our Auto Group.
