Location- Hybrid Role- Fort mill - SC, Charlotte NC, San Diego CA, Austin TX

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Automation Test Lead

Qualifications/Must Have Skills:
- 8 + years of QA experience with agile practices
- Expertise in Writing, Enhancing and Implementing automated scripts for test cases
- Experience in Selenium and Rest assured framework
- Experience Customization of automation frameworks using Keyword Driven, Hybrid.
- Hands on experience in Java and Oops concepts
- Expertise in developing and implementing the manual test scenarios and test cases.
- Extensive Experience in Object Identification using XPath or other object locators.
- Extensive Experience in Object Identification using XPath or other object locators.
- Good Experience in Unit Test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG and build tool like Maven.
- Debugging and executing the Automation scripts.
- Experience in version control tool like SVN/GitHub
- Good Communication Skill.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onsite and Offshore co-ordination
- Client Communication - Communicate to Product Owner / BA for any queries related to requirements.
- Connect with QE manager for any process related queries
- Handling a team as well as individual contribution required
- Take care of the Release process
- Sharing reports to QE manager and stakeholders
Good to Have:
- Experience in CI tool like Jenkins/
- Experience in writing complex queries in SQL Server/Oracle
- Bamboo.
