Roles and Responsibilities:
Error recovery, Repair, and preventative maintenance of Reticle Stocker Systems (Combo and POD stockers).
Maintain and sustain Automation facilities including rails, vehicles, stockers, monitoring and Daifuku systems in the Main FAB, Cu FAB, and LSI Photo Reticle system
Coordinate all activities on the floor related to AMHS including: New project installation, PHOTO Reticle system support, safety monitoring and enforcement, Tool Load Port alignment, vehicle teaching, P-I/O error recovery, tool preflight testing, E-84 cable installs, OHT vehicle error recovery, and perform PMs on Daifuku systems.
Track and follow up on issues on their own shift appropriately.
Communicate with related parties as needed for issues and tasks with accuracy.
Assume ownership and leadership for their shift regarding AMHS operation on the floor and passdown information from shift to shift.
Act as backup captains/sustainers/engineers as needed and perform coverage using their knowledge and skills as necessary.
Shift: B Shift (nights; Sunday-Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
Skills and Qualifications:
MUST have at least 1-2 years of Semiconductor FAB experience.
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Proficient to use PC, MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail .
Strong communication skills with internal and external project stakeholders.
Ability to communicate technical details both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work across cross cultural settings and globally distributed projects.
Experience with an AMHS Material Control System or automated factory control software application a plus.
