Location: North Slope, AK – 3x3 Rotation
Reports to: Project Manager
Salary Range: $50 - $55 p/hour

To be a successful addition to our team, it is important that individuals are self-motivated, be able to take direction, have good communication, and constantly strive to improve. We are looking for an individual who is familiar and skilled in PGP migration, ENI automations and experience working with an automation engineer. A valid driver's license, drug screening, fit-for-duty, and prior experience in the field are required for consideration.
What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):
Duties:

• The Field Service Technician will be responsible for system installation, integration, operation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of upstream and midstream automation systems and performs other related duties.
• Installs, configures, and maintains new automation equipment - remote terminal units (RTU), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electronic flow meters (EFM), automation instrumentation and devices, SCADA configuration and commissioning.
• Services and troubleshoots measurement and control systems to ensure accurate production data.
• Must have experience with Volt/Ohm meters, frequency generators and SCADA test equipment and calibrators.
• Please note, this position requires a 3x3 rotation commitment.

Skills:

• Experience with Siemens Profibus a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with or as a site automation engineer.
• Willing to step outside of your comfort zone and spearhead complex projects and challenges.
Previous experience with PGP migration, control system modernization, Fire Gas modernization.
