Position Summary:
As an Automation Engineer, you'll leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance and automate manufacturing processes, reducing human intervention and maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of robotic equipment and fixturing machines.
- Implement new automation processes to streamline production.
- Provide technical training to team members.

Job Specifications:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Mechanical Engineering preferred with five years of manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge: Advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Skills & Abilities: Proficient in mechanical engineering, interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving.
- Technology Knowledge: Extensive experience with industrial equipment and machinery, along with strong computer skills.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to manufacturing settings with occasional loud noises and the need for protective equipment.
- Physical demands include traversing property, lifting up to 45 pounds, and safe ladder climbing.
