Experience, qualifications and skills (what we’re looking for):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
- History of stellar academic and/or work performance
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop robust solutions
- Ability to work independently and oversee the completion of projects in accordance to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in order to maintain standard of service and company culture
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Desired, but not required, is experience with LabVIEW, Rockwell Studio 5000 (RS Logix), Eplan, Autodesk AutoCAD, and/or Autodesk Inventor
Responsibilities may include any combination of:
- Development and implementation of process control algorithms for physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and flow
- Design of complex machines that operate at the extremes of speed, torque, power, etc. Examples include turbine motor testing, high-speed gearbox testing, and high-power helicopter blade testing
- Design of electro-mechanical systems for the testing of aviation components such as fuel pumps, air starters, actuators, and servo-valves
- Design of mechanical fixtures, adapters, and piping systems
- Design and implementation of complex data acquisition and control systems in NI LabVIEW and RS Logix 5000
- Design and construction of industrial electrical control panels
- Preparation of fabrication drawings, installation drawings, bill of materials, and other technical documentation
- Field commissioning, system start-up, and on-site support
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a standard background check for work authorization at military facilities. Continued employment is dependent on your authorization to access military facilities
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must be willing to adhere to various cybersecurity requirements related to mobile devices, government data, and company data

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
