SalaryACR Technology Services (ACRTS) supports all business units and companies under the AmerCareRoyal name. The department follows a Plan, Build, Run structure as follows:
- Plan/Architecture – This team manages the overall enterprise architecture, identifies new technologies, and innovation. As solutions become hardened and part of the approved architecture, they are owned by the build organization
- Build/Delivery – this team owns the entire productive technology landscape including application, infrastructure/security, and development. This team implements the technologies and is responsible for continuous improvement of all technologies
- Run/Support – this team manages the daily support or running of the delivered technologies and includes applications and infrastructure/security
The Automation Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline our business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and pain points.
- Design and architect end-to-end business process automation solutions.
- Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for automation projects.
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of developed solutions.
- Implement and integrate automation solutions with existing business applications and systems.
- Collaborate with other ACRTS teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of automation processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using automated processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years prior experience in business process automation, with a focus on workflow development.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Strong understanding of workflow automation tools (e.g., Decisions)
- Experience with integration technologies and API usage.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
