We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Automation team. In this position you will be part of a team that delivers robotic process automation across the enterprise to continuously improve our organizations operational excellence. In this role you will be working in an Agile team using industry leading technology platforms UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform to develop low-code automation solutions to meet challenging business requirements.
The successful candidate should have an innovative spirit with a passion for solving complex process engineering problems. You are a champion for automation with relentless focus on designing and building process automation solutions with a quality mindset. You are a continuous learner, eager to identify best practices and share knowledge with the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with business customers and IT teams to gather requirements that drive process engineering modelling and development decisions.
  • Design and develop automation solutions from requirements gathering and process modeling to development and unit testing to customer acceptance testing.
  • Follow software engineering best practices including coding standards and reviews, git, continuous integration, source management, quality assurance, and build processes.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain solutions that automate, simplify, and overall improve service delivery.
  • Embrace DevOps to quickly deploy high quality solutions with standard CI/CD.
  • Train, mentor, and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Follow change management processes and procedures in-line with IT controls.
  • Participate in on-call rotation with automation team and on-going support of automation products and solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information System, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience developing automation solutions.
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments and quickly adjust when new priorities arise.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, and commitment to delivering results to the organization.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audience at all levels within the organization.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with others to create a mutually beneficial solution.
Technical Qualifications
  • Experience using UiPath to create automated solutions.
  • Experience using Power Automate to create automated solutions.
  • Knowledge of analyzing and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of process and data flow modelling.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, java script, typescript, etc.
  • Knowledge of low code development platforms Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Power Apps, etc.
  • Knowledge of Web APIs reading Swagger/OpenAPI and using PostMan to explore APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud technology platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of version control systems and deployment tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,700 - $100,100 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs. We also support personal volunteerism, sponsor a host of diversity networks, promote mentoring, and provide training and development opportunities to help you chart your path to a fulfilling career.
Retirement: Employees can enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
