Founded in 2014 to deliver convenient, trusted, and eco-friendly automobile care, Spiffy is a rapidly growing technology and services company. Spiffy offers mobile and fixed-site automobile washing, detailing, mobile oil changes, high-volume oil change, tire rotation, vehicle, home, and office decontamination and other services to fleets, residences, and office parks from coast to coast. The company does all technology development, marketing, and sales in-house.

Job Purpose:

Entry level opportunity into an automotive career. No automotive experience necessary. Must be over 21 years old and have a valid driver license with a clean record. This is step 1 in your journey to a CAREER in the auto services industry. You will learn to wash auto fleets at customer locations in the bay area. Followed by learning to fully detail high-end cars. After mastering that you will transition to oil changes, tire replacement and brake services. At each step you will be certified to progress to the next step giving you a valuable experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (MUST

HAVES)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age Flexibility in scheduling which may include afternoon/evening, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to learn a new set of skills
• Tech-savvy with a smart phone
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds); Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods.
• Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, lift, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, climb steps, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, all of this for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the day.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
