Responsibilities - Service Advisor / ExpressService Advisor:

• Guide guests through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise on costs and options for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion, review completed order with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain high CSI score

Qualifications - Service Advisor / ExpressService Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor or technician experience is preferred but not required
• Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
