Barber Lead (AM Shift)

STOP HERE! This is your new career! We’re looking for a Barber Lead (AM Shift) to join our team. We are looking for someone who is already licensed, experienced and has clientele.  We are looking for someone to come open the shop in the mornings  Time is flexible and can be opened anytime between 6am-10am (No later then 10am).  The person we are looking for MUST have good vibes and a positive attitude, because we treat all our team members and clients like family! 
Company Overview:
Royal Cutz Barber and Salon has been in business since 2019 (Near ASU campus and Tempe Town Market Place).  Royal Cutz is under new ownership and management. We are a one stop shop and have goals of being the Barber/Salon choice for the Tempe area and ASU students.  A place to get a haircut (Men/Women), braids/locs, shave, wax, pedicure, manicure, and facial, all under the same roof. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members. We believe everyone should be able to relax, enjoy and be treated with respect and care while visiting Royal Cutz. This is just the beginning, great things are in the works to take over the industry. Barber Lead Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional client experience.

· Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.

· Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.

· Have experience and extensive knowledge in your area of expertise.

· Maintain cleanliness of the salon.

· Ability to multitask

***Esthetician applicants - We are looking for someone who either specializes in lashes (preferably) or waxing or both.

Requirements:

· An active license in the state of Arizona for cosmetology or barbering (for management or lead rolls) OR currently enrolled and attending beauty/barber school.

***Must have experience in the field
