Auto Parts General Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee sales and operations. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective teams, and improving operational efficiencies. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain excellent customer service standards. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer needs are met
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store has adequate stock levels to meet customer demands
• Maintain store appearance and ensure that all merchandising displays are attractive and up to date
• Develop and manage a team of employees, providing coaching and training to improve performance and maintain a positive work environment
• Monitor and analyze sales reports and other data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security procedures
• Develop relationships with customers and build a loyal customer base

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retail management/automotive aftermarket, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Auto Parts Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Automotive Paint and Body Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
