- Build and maintain DRP and Fleet relationships
- Track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of shop
- Implement marketing strategies to drive business
- Ensure technicians are repairing vehicles to OE standards
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Monitor that staff is current on all trainings including I-CAR, and Safety Training
- Train estimators
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect normal operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA
- Monitor technicians daily productivity and corresponding payroll reports
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Uphold all company standards policies and procedures
- Act as primary point of contact for all shop accounts
